What the research actually shows
Demidenko 2021 compared TruAge DNA-methylation age before and after four to ten months of Rejuvant, a combination of Ca-AKG and vitamins, in 42 people and reported an average reduction of about eight years, but the analysis was uncontrolled and retrospective. The Sandalova 2023 and Lim 2025 ABLE publications concern the protocol and recruitment of a pure Ca-AKG RCT, not efficacy results. In the Pabis 2026 cross-sectional cohort of 4,260 people, an association was observed for a delayed-release Ca-AKG combination, whereas general AKG use was not significant.
