Primary fat-mass analysis used available data from 82 participants, 38 versus 44, excluding 18%. Enrollment below 200, 10-week duration, attrition above 15%, and available-data rather than complete randomized-group preservation are limitations. Public and university funding from EU Horizon 2020 and a university scholarship was confirmed.
